MARK PENNINGTON

Mark S. Pennington has been an attorney since 1975. Mr. Pennington developed his trial experience as an Assistant Polk County Attorney prosecuting nearly 100 jury trials including criminal charges with penalties of life imprisonment as well as serious sex abuse charges. TREVER T. HOOK

Trever T. Hook has been an attorney since 1995. Mr. Hook has been in private practice in the Des Moines area since 1997 with numerous criminal and civil trials. In criminal matters Mr. Hook has tried first degree murder cases, various sex abuse cases, drug cases, as well as misdemeanor cases including OWI charges. In civil matters Mr. Hook has handled cases for individuals with various injuries including traffic and motorcycle accident cases, truck accident cases, cases involving medical issues, and wrongful death issues.
